Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@thejobsprint.in.

TheJobSprint aggregates job listings from multiple platforms and provides tools for job seekers and recruiters, including search, alerts, applications, salary insights, skill-gap analysis, and AI-assisted features. We are a technology platform, not an employer or recruitment agency, and we are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Service.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content, including fake job listings.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a company.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Listings aggregated from third-party sources are provided “as is”; we do not verify every listing and are not responsible for their content or availability.
• Recruiters are solely responsible for their postings, hiring decisions, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Job seekers are solely responsible for the content of their profiles and applications.
• Automated features such as auto-apply act on your instructions; you remain responsible for the applications submitted on your behalf.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (resume, profile, job postings, feedback). You grant TheJobSprint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by TheJobSprint and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Some features may be offered for a fee. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any job search will result in employment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheJobSprint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or INR 5,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold TheJobSprint harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
